Gold Sponsors & guest speaker.

We are proud to be sponsoring the 8th Digital Pathology & AI congress.

FFEI will be showcasing the latest additions to the Sierra Colour Calibration portfolio.

Colour validation, calibration and standardisation of Whole Slide Imaging (WSI) devices is complex. Yet it is vital that decisions made by pathologist and AI are based on quality data – making colour fidelity critical.

To address these challenges FFEI have developed the Sierra colour calibration product portfolio. Through the adoption of Sierra, practitioners can have confidence in the colour reproduction of their scanners and reduce the impact of colour variation on AI training sets of any size, with potential to maintain reliability of trained AI when applied in real-world settings

We invite you to stop by our stand and talk to a Sierra specialist about your requirements. Alternatively, please book a demonstration of our new Sierra Validate & Standardise Profiler software tool.

FFEI Guest Speaker

Presentation: The latest thinking around colour fidelity in digital pathology

Speaker: Dr Richard Salmon, Head of Life Science

Day 2, track: Computational Pathology & AI

Date & time: 2nd December, 12:55 – 13:25

Abstract

Advancements in digital pathology and Artificial Intelligence are positively impacting patient outcomes; from a reduction in waiting times for results and treatments to a faster time-to-market for new pharmaceuticals. However, now more than ever, it is vital that decisions are based on quality data – colour fidelity is critical.

In this presentation we will highlight the importance of validating and standardising the colour of digital images produced by WSI devices; share the latest thinking on how to ensure colour fidelity within your digital pathology workflow; introduce our Sierra colour calibration portfolio; and finally share real-world data on the positive impact Sierra is having in a range of digital pathology environments.
